"First off, I have to say that where I am today I would not be if it weren’t for Liz. I have always had struggles with my weight ever since I was a in middle school. I tried many things, from weight loss programs, to diet pills my doctor would prescribe me. I even tried just doing it the natural way, with a good diet and exercise, but nothing seemed to stick. Then I met Liz. I remember sitting down with her for the first time a few months ago, going over why exactly I wanted to begin this weight loss journey. We spoke about my goals, my dreams, my visions, my strengths and my weaknesses. We both came to a conclusion that this was a mental battle I needed to fight off, that I wasn’t strong enough to take control of my health. We soon began this journey to not only getting me physically in shape but mentally stronger. I’ve been walking this journey with Liz now for about 5 1/2 months, and I am still going strong! With the persistence and encouraging words from Liz. Not only is she an incredible coach, she is a phenomenal mentor. There has been many tears, but she has always been there to Lift me up and tell me “you got this, nothing is to hard for you.” Those words continuously run through my mind when I’m pushing through an intense workout. I have such a long way to go still on this journey but I am so blessed to have someone like Liz, pushing me, encouraging me, and running this race with me".

"I've always been an active person, but diet and motivation have been a consistent problem with my fitness efforts. Liz did such a great job of encouraging me when I set the goal to run 75 miles in a month! When I felt unmotivated, she held me accountable to push through! When I needed a rest day, she suggested ways to heal my legs, and still get some activity. I would not have made my goal without her to coach me through the physical, mental, and nutritional obstacles I had during that month. A coach is someone who leads you through challenges and pushes you to accomplish more than you thought was possible; and Liz is that kind of fitness coach!"
