Sweet & Savory Acorn Squash

1) Cut the acorn squash in half lengthwise

2) Scoop out the seeds from the center   (you can save these for roasting later)

3) Sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar and nutmeg (optional)

4) Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 min, face down.

5) Flip over and smell the wonderful aroma!

ENJOY!!!

Eat with a fork just as it is, or scoop it out into a dish and have as a side to your favorite meal.
